Preparation Method

HOT BREW

Step 1: Add 1 tsp of Loose Leaf Masala Chai per cup into a teapot or infuser

Step 2: Pour 7 fl. oz (200 ml) freshly boiled water over the leaves

Step 3: Water Temperature – 194°F–212°F | 90°C–100°C

Step 4: Steep for 4–5 minutes

Step 5: Strain and serve. Add milk and sweetener if desired for a traditional chai experience

ICED BREW

Step 1: Use 2 tsp of Loose Leaf Masala Chai per 200 ml water. Steep for 5 minutes

Step 2: Strain, then refrigerate for 3–4 hours

Step 3: Serve over ice. Add milk and sweetener if desired
