Preparation Method

Step 1: Add 1 tsp of Loose Leaf Tea per Cup into a Teapot or Infuser

Step 2: Pour 7 fl. oz (200 ml) Freshly Boiled Water over the Leaves

Step 3: Water Temperature – 175°F–185°F | 80°C–85°C

Step 4: Steep for 2–3 Minutes

Step 5: Strain and Serve. Add Honey or Lemon if Desired

ICED BREW

Step 1: Use 2 tsp of Loose Leaf Tea per 200 ml Water. Steep for 3 Minutes

Step 2: Strain, then Refrigerate for 3–4 Hours. Serve over Ice with a Slice of Lemon or a Touch of Honey if Desired
