Preparation Method
HOT BREW
Step 1: Add 1 tsp of loose leaf tea per cup into a teapot or infuser.
Step 2: Pour 200 ml (7 fl. oz) of freshly boiled water over the leaves.
Step 3: Water Temperature: 194°F–212°F (90°C–100°C)
Step 4: Steep for 3–5 minutes.
Step 5: Strain and serve. Add sweetener or a slice of lemon if desired.
ICED BREW
Step 1: Use 2 tsp of loose leaf tea per 200 ml water. Steep for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Strain and refrigerate for 3–4 hours.
Step 3: Serve over ice. Add sweetener or fruit slices for extra refreshment.
