Where is your tea sourced from?

All our teas are handpicked from highland, midland and lowland gardens in Sri Lanka. They're natural, traceable, and grown in partnership with local farmers.

How should I store loose leaf tea?

Keep your tea in an airtight container away from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odors, preferably in a cool, dry place.

Are your teas caffeine-free?

Some of our blends are naturally caffeine-free, such as herbal and fruit infusions. Check each product page for detailed caffeine info.

Do your teas contain added sugar or flavorings?

No added sugar here! We only use natural ingredients, herbs, spices, and dried fruit—no artificial flavorings.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship globally!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days. We’ll send you tracking details once your order ships.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus accelerated checkouts like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email—what should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Email us at support@evinceandco.shop and we’ll resend it.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

Yes! You can add gift wrapping and a custom note during checkout, perfect for surprise tea moments.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If something’s not right, reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.
