Where is your tea sourced from?

All our teas are handpicked from highland, midland and lowland gardens in Sri Lanka. They're natural, traceable, and grown in partnership with local farmers.

How should I store loose leaf tea?

Keep your tea in an airtight container away from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odors, preferably in a cool, dry place.

Are your teas caffeine-free?

Some of our blends are naturally caffeine-free, such as herbal and fruit infusions. Check each product page for detailed caffeine info.

Do your teas contain added sugar or flavorings?

No added sugar here! We only use natural ingredients, herbs, spices, and dried fruit—no artificial flavorings.

We currently ship globally!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days. We’ll send you tracking details once your order ships.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.
